This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information obtained during the course of our coaching services.

Collection of Personal Information:

• Types of information: we may collect personal information, including but not limited to names, contact details, demographic information, medical history, and any other relevant information necessary for providing services.

• Collection methods: personal information may be collected via enquiry and intake forms, sign up to mailing lists, enquiry emails, service agreements and course enrolments.

• Retention of data: records will be maintained in a cloud-based storage software with password protection. Records will be maintained for a minimum of five-year as required by law

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information:

• Purpose of Use: Personal information collected is used for the primary purpose of providing coaching services to clients, and enabling course enrolments. We may also use personal information for related administrative purposes such as billing, scheduling, and quality improvement.

• Disclosure of Information: Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the explicit consent of the client, unless required by law or when necessary to protect the client or others from harm.
